This notice explains how The Compliance Desk, operated by DealFlowAgent ("we", "us"), handles personal information you provide when you submit a compliance brief.

What we collect

The information you enter in the intake form: your name, work email, phone number, role, organisation, and the details of the building and works you are asking us to help procure.

Why we hold it

We use it to confirm the scope of your brief and, with your consent, to introduce you to up to three vetted specialist firms who can respond to it. That is the only purpose we use it for.

Who we share it with

Only the specialist firms you agree to be introduced to, and only for that introduction. We do not sell your details, publish them, or share them with any other third party for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as the introduction is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. To exercise them, or with any question about this notice, contact the desk and we will respond within one working month.
